The opening of the second industrial site, InnoPark 2.0, is scheduled for 2027. It will be located adjacent to the first InnoPark. It will house high-tech manufacturing facilities, primarily in robotics and electronics.

The new technopark will have a total area of 13,657 square meters. The building will include production and office modules starting from 500 square meters. The site is open to new residents.

When a company opens an office in the technopark and becomes a resident of the Innopolis SEZ, it receives privileges:

• utility and transport infrastructure;
• a full package of benefits (special tax regime);
• support for promoting innovative developments;
• participation in major industry forums;
• the opportunity to scale up production at the industrial site in Laishevo.

The first InnoPark opened in 2022 and is now full of residents. Today, InnoPark is home to 23 companies developing innovative manufacturing projects in the fields of robotics, unmanned aerial vehicles, construction automation, electronic equipment, and electronics. Residents include Rusdronoport, Project24, Mars Technologies, TA-Information Technologies, Ozon Tech, and the Innopolis University Robotics Center.
