On June 9, Innopolis marked its 10th anniversary with the 1NN0 birthday festival.

The event kicked off with a performance by the street theater Nebesnaya Karusel from Saint Petersburg. The artists presented a story about a descendant of Gaetano Ciniselli and his circus.

Later, the main stage featured performances by local band ASAP, Kazan-based musicians Beku and Hopeless, the group Beautiful Boys, and the evening’s headliner — PIZZA.

Next to the stage, a food festival took place with over 30 vendors, accompanied by electronic sets from DJ Bubblegum. A limited-edition merch collection, created specially for the anniversary, was also on display.

Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov and Mayor of Innopolis Dmitry Vandyukov spoke at the festival. Shaykhutdinov thanked the people who laid the foundation for the city: “Greetings to Rustam Minnikhanov and Nikolay Nikiforov — the visionaries behind this project.” Mayor Vandyukov greeted residents in Tatar: “Хәерле кич, кадерле дуслар!” (“Good evening, dear friends!”), noting that despite its young age, Innopolis is already recognized beyond the borders of Tatarstan and Russia.

The festival was supported by key partners — SEZ Innopolis, Innopolis University, and JSC Innopolis. The general partner of the event was Ozon.
